We offer renovated and fully equipped studios for your vacation.
Whether 1 week, 1 month or 1 year – you can book individually with us. For long-term rentals of up to one year or longer, we can offer you our apartments on special terms.
Our studios all have exactly the same equipment and furnishings including a well-equipped kitchen according to European standards.
Depending on availability, you can choose between two furnishing options.

Room furnishings and equipment
Air conditioning and fan, a large king-size bed (with quilted blankets and quilt) as well as towels and bath towels (each with 4 beds) are part of the equipment, as is a 42 “flat-screen TV and a large safe.
NEW: Thanks to the TV Box from EuroTV Asia, you can now enjoy all German, Austrian and Swiss TV channels during your vacation.
All studios have a cozy dining area of European size.
An iron, ironing board and of course a hair dryer are also available and save you valuable space in your luggage.
Fitted kitchens
Nothing is missing here, from the ceramic hob with extractor hood to the fridge-freezer, microwave and coffee machine to the frying pan and saucepan. Glasses and dishes as well as cutlery are available in 4-fold quantities.
Bathroom
The bathrooms are brightly tiled and equipped with granite vanities and rain showers.
Water and electricity are properly plastered and you have enough storage space for your toiletries.
Large shower towels, hand towels, floor towels, bed linen, blankets and much more are available to our guests free of charge.
Balcony and balcony furniture
All balconies are fully tiled, and clean, functional seating invites you to linger and enjoy the view.
A large drying rack for your towels and swimming gear is of course also available.
Internet & TV
Our own secured internet network enables unlimited surfing on the WWW at top speeds.
German, Austrian and Swiss television as well as Sky Sport are on with our contractual partner Euro TV Asia -Demand basis available (all programs available two weeks in the past).
Both the Internet and the complete TV program are of course free of charge for our guests.
